Beginning his working career as an electrician Thomas developed a hands on understanding of all aspects of the building trades. In 1998 he was selected to construct a state of the art recording studio in Asbury Park New Jersey. His artistic vision and talent for design led Thomas to take the lead in remodeling numerous homes, 7 lofts, 2 restaurants and a professional photography studio in midtown Manhattan. As the current owner and Lessor of 6 apartments Thomas has been directly involved in the purchase, sale and rental of multiple properties giving him a keen understanding of the business from both sides of the table.
A lifelong resident of New York City Thomas is able to use his many contacts and exceptional understanding of the various neighborhood locations to forge connections that work for his clients. Thomas prides himself on keeping his hand on the pulse of both the sales and rental markets. As a published photographer he often enjoys bringing his camera along while doing the meticulous research necessary to find the most extraordinary apartments available throughout this wonderful city.
