I have had the pleasure of being involved in finding homes for many incoming corporate personnel for the past 15 years. My past experience has ranged from condominium sales in Princeton, NJ to residential building sales in Manhattan. In the process, I found it much more rewarding to serve individuals rather than large Real-estate Developers.
During the course of my 11 years at City Connections Realty, I became more and more passionate about providing the best possible services I could offer my clients. I take pride in giving my word that I will be there to help in any way, from the start of the lease to the end of their stay in New York.
One of the most rewarding feelings I encounter is seeing the expression of excitement on my clients' faces when I find a different home or neighborhood that was not on their original list of options. I reach that goal by listening to my clients and through the experience of knowing every onsite manager on a first name basis.
The recognition that I played a role in finding homes for my clients brings me a lot of pride. Each new client brings his or her own challenges that bring out the best in me as a professional.
