||Specialization: Retail Leasing & Commercial/Investment Sales
Mr. Asch was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. He started his career in retail leasing almost 40 years ago at Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing.
In 1987 he co-found New Spectrum, a retail brokerage powerhouse. In 2000, New Spectrum was acquired by Newmark Knight Frank with Mr. Asch as managing partner and Executive Vice President.
Mr. Asch has served as leasing agent for scores of high profile owners and tenants. On the tenant side Mr. Asch handled over 40 lease transactions for The Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic alone. In addition, on the landlord side he was the leasing agent for Harlem USA, the groundbreaking 275,000 sf retail mall on 125th Street and D.C. USA the award winning retail project in Washington D.C.
In his spare time Mr. Asch is passionate art collector; he loves theater and always finds time for a good baseball game.
