||A New York City resident for eight years, Rochelle Matlin has developed a knack for locating the city's burgeoning neighborhood spots and hidden gems. Rochelle grew up in the suburbs of Manhattan as a first-generation American and speaks Russian and Hebrew fluently. Raised by parents who started their own business in the retail/wholesale industry, she has cultivated their entrepreneurial drive and passion.
Rochelle specializes in the commercial retail leasing sector. Prior to starting her real estate career, Matlin worked as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting and then became a district manager at ABM Industries, managing operations for a portfolio of commercial Class A properties. She received her B.B.A from George Washington University with an International Business major.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling (favorites include Capri, Tel Aviv and Mykonos), indulging in the latest fitness classes, and baking gluten-free sweets.
