||Recognizing that selling or choosing a home can be a very personal and emotional journey, Patricia Mauceri applies her creative and communication skills to gain a keen understanding of her client's desires, listening to and learning from subtle cues, which make each transaction unique.
The client's needs and goals are paramount in Patricia's selling approach. Her understanding of the process and persistence in advocating for her clients comes from the knowledge, sensitivity and attention to detail learned from her personal real estate experience as a co-op Board President and owner of a townhouse and two cooperatives. As a result, she builds a trust-based relationship with her clients, which is key to any successful real estate relationship.
Since attending The Juilliard School, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, this native New Yorker has enjoyed a fruitful career of many decades working in theatre, film and television, which includes Broadway appearances with many notable actors. Patricia also has been involved in running a performing arts company, mentoring and training young professionals in pursuit of excellence in their craft. Her parallel fascination for real estate blossomed with the purchase of her first property for development-a Greek Revival townhouse in lower Manhattan. Since then, she has been a co-op dweller for more than 20 years on the Upper West Side, where she raised her son.
Patricia is conversant in Spanish, enjoys frequent travels to Costa Rica and regularly volunteers on humanitarian mission trips. She delights in being a "match-maker" and finding the home that is "the one" for each client.
