Throughout Nick's impressive 12-year career in residential and commercial real estate, he has excelled in various aspects of the business, including construction management, property management, and brokerage. During a 6-year tenure with developer, Metro Homes, he interfaced extensively with attorneys, engineers, architects, contractors, and bank reps throughout the "transition process" to each condominium association. He was concurrently responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's entire management portfolio. Via specialized management teams, Nick served as the liaison between Sponsor/Developer, homeowners, and condo boards, ultimately orchestrating 12 (1700 units) of these transitions.
Representing condo boards/associations, and at the same time, being employed by the Sponsor/Developer, demanded a rare objective approach while navigating through the various complex issues arising in newly constructed condominiums. This challenging dynamic was instrumental in developing his unbiased perspective and creative approach in dealing with the multifaceted deal negotiation aspect of our business.
Nick's strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and passionate nature are perceptible. From the beginning of his career in commercial real estate at New York City's South Street Seaport, he exemplified a distinguishable versatility, excelling in operations, marketing, leasing, and sales. He was recently contracted to design and launch the marketing package and corporate website for American Community Management, the largest property management operator in the state of Maryland.
