A native of Dublin, Ireland, Myles Mac Colla studied engineering at university and then traveled across the world to Sydney Australia where he worked as a construction manager. From Sydney, Myles made his way to San Francisco where he began managing residential buildings.

Myles sees real estate as an adventure--he's stimulated by the fast pace, diverse architectural styles, and the joy of seeing buildings reach their full potential. In fact, commercial real estate transactions and investment are his specialist and he's a natural at establishing strong bonds between Investors and developers in order to help both parties achieve their goals. Having lived in the West Village with his wife, two sons, and dog Holly, a terrier/chihuahua mix, for more than a decade, Myles is something of a foodie, regularly sampling the neighborhood's ever-changing culinary and social scene. In real estate, he focuses on Chelsea, the West Village, and Tribeca. As an agent, he takes pride in working with investors and sellers and making himself available on an as-needed basis. Myles' extensive knowledge of the city's complex maze of building and zoning regulations make him an invaluable asset to work with; his sense of humor and fun-loving manner help clients navigate transactions with ease. When he's not working, he and his family take annual trips to Korea and Ireland. Closer to home, Myles enjoys exploring Manhattan's Lower East Side and Chinatown. In fact, New York City's Chinatown reminds him of the diversity of San Francisco's Chinatown which he often frequented when he worked on the West Coast.
