Mollie McCarthy spent a decade working at other top New York City real estate firms before finding her new home at CCRNY. While working in commercial real estate, Mollie developed close relationships with many building owners and became familiar with countless properties inside and out, sometimes managing the properties as well. She then brought that knowledge and keen understanding of the New York market to the world of residential sales and rentals.
Mollie's relentless drive enables her to get her clients exactly what they want, while her caring nature helps guide them through the process every step of the way. Her talent and tenacity have been recognized with an award for selling the highest price per square foot in a mixed-use building in New York City.
Originally from South Carolina, Mollie studied Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine at New York College of Holistic Health and Biology at Hunter College in Manhattan. She feels that her schooling in Acupuncture and Pre-Med further enhanced her innate capacity for compassion and patience - traits that translate well to her work in real estate.
In many ways, Mollie treats her clients as if they are family, looking out for their best interests and wanting to find them a home that is just right. In her spare time, she is a potter, salsa dancer, marathon competitor, fitness instructor, and volunteer with various children's groups through New York Cares. Mollie currently resides in Chelsea, and enjoys selling and exploring all the unique neighborhoods of Manhattan.
