Born and raised in New York City, John attended Brooklyn Technical High School, then earned a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and JD from Brooklyn Law School. He subsequently worked as an attorney for the U.S. Congress. His work has been published in the Congressional Record and other U.S. Congress documents. Plus he has represented many NYC filmmakers, television and news writers in his career. John ultimately demonstrated his seasoned legal expertise and negotiating savvy for his own company.

An owner himself of property in several states, John understands the importance of service, foresight and value. He also comes from a real estate family who owns residential buildings in New York City, which initially fueled his interest in business.

John resides in Chelsea, and has many ties in the West Village where his children attend school plus participate in team sports. John is an Eagle Scout, a longtime volunteer for the Greenwich Village Little League, and an active participant in his local school community.
