|With more than a decade in the real estate business, Bill Milvaney is committed to the highest quality of service on behalf of his clients. He prides himself not only on his hard work, superior attention to detail and positive attitude, but his unwavering ethical standards as well.
Bill's experience as both a salesperson and an office manager offer him unique insight into the needs of buyers and sellers, the state of the market and what is necessary to solidify and complete deals.
He has worked with numerous buyers and sellers, and also assisted many other agents with their transactions. Bill has handled a variety of co-op and condo sales, ranging from studio to four bedroom apartments, from the West Side to the East, and from Wall Street to Brooklyn. He understands the importance of strategic marketing and competitive pricing, and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are well-represented from negotiation to closing.
Bill has been especially successful marketing homes on Central Park West, West End Avenue and Riverside Drive. He has represented a large variety of buyers, guiding them through the complex process of making fair and reasonable offers, navigating multiple bid situations, prepping clients for Board interviews and presenting professional Board packages.
Beyond the mechanics of the transaction, Bill understands the emotional aspect of the process as well, and strives to make it as painless as possible. Whether buying an apartment or selling a long-time home, Bill is there to carefully listen, guiding his clients and helping to make it a pleasurable experience.
A graduate of Princeton University, Bill came to the Upper West Side to pursue an acting and singing career. For ten years he performed not only in New York, but all over the country, from Boston to Jacksonville and Denver to Hawaii. He then transitioned into a sales career, first as an executive recruiter, and then for a long stint in sales and sales management for a large cosmetics packaging manufacturer.
Now an Upper West Sider for 40 years, Bill and his wife are proud to have raised their son here in the West 80's. Bill greatly enjoyed coaching numerous soccer and Little League teams in Riverside Park, as well as volunteering at his son's school, where he also sang with the parents' chorus. An avid theater-goer and baseball fan, he still thrives on all that New York has to offer.
Bill's enthusiasm, in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods and the market, along with his caring and responsible nature, make him an ideal choice for both buyers and sellers.
