BARRY FIELDS
Barry Fields is a highly experienced veteran in commercial real estate, with over 30 years in the field. He has been involved in commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and financing in the New York Metro Area. Barry received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in Economics & Marketing and also studied Commercial Real Estate, Financing, Management, Investments and Leasing at New York University and the City College of New York. He is a member of ICSC and Real Estate Board of New York.
Barry has successfully represented deals for clients such as Automotive Realty Corp., Fisher Brothers, Sol Goldman Investments, MTA, Houlihan Parnes and Citigroup, among others. Some of his most notable transactions include leasing Chase's largest branch in Queens, assembling the land for 125 West 55th Street, the sale of 1180 Avenue of the Americas and the recent sale of 100,000SF of retail pads at Harriman Commons SC. Barry brings not only his skill, diligence and experience to his work, but most importantly, his commitment to meeting the goals of his clients.
