||Ashleigh Morgan Plewa believes that an apartment is more than simply where you lay your head at nigh; it's s a node for the crosscurrents of your life, a template for personal expression, a hub that connects you to the restaurants and bars and museums and people of your neighborhood. "I am not selling four walls and a door," Ashleigh says. "I am delivering your own personal lifestyle."
Ashleigh is a lifelong resident of the NYC area, and has lived in the City for the last 17 years. As such, she has accumulated a deep and abiding knowledge of New York, matched only by her affection for it. "There is an indescribable magic that this city flourishes on," Ashleigh says. "At any given moment you are surrounded by vast resources of brilliant architecture, cultural influence, and iconic art. This city is the center of the universe, which is why I love being a real estate professional here."
Like any true New Yorker, Ashleigh holds herself to the highest possible standard, and clients find her to be an extremely hard-working, knowledgeable, honest, and caring ally in the search for a new home. She honed her business savvy, customer service, and financial experience through a unique career path. For two years Ashleigh worked in the film industry, as a Set Designer, Production Manager, and First Assistant Director, which honed her eye for helping clients make interior design choices-she has even been commissioned to design entire apartments. Additionally, her experience as a financial executive solidified her ability to be pragmatic with budgeting and expenditures. Now, "when clients speak to me honestly about their needs and budget, I know how to show them the BEST options within their parameters," Ashleigh says.
Ashleigh calls Gramercy home, a neighborhood she loves for its quaintness, its proximity to the water, and its array of fabulous restaurants and bars. In her free time she skis, plays piano and flute, rehabs old furniture, and collects Depression-era glass and Victorian crystal. She also loves traveling, and being fully immersed in the rhythms and culture of wherever she is-including New York City. "As a real estate agent I get to give my clients all of the knowledge I have collected from a lifetime of living here," Ashleigh says. "I love being able to give my clients a lifestyle, not just an apartment."
