A native New Yorker, Aaron Frucher brings a unique blend of intimate personal, geographic, and economic insight on the city to the real estate business. A decade of experience working as a trader and researcher on the American Stock Exchange and for Merrill Lynch give him an edge in the business.

In addition, he's also worked in TV production, and in business development helping grow technology companies and connecting them with investors. Summers working in construction have given him an appreciation for many different aspects of the property business. He's also worked as a sight-seeing guide in the city. Aaron lives with his wife and two children on the same block off of Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side where he grew up. He enjoys nothing more than helping clients discover hidden property gems in emerging areas of the city.  A New York City history buff, he's worked in every borough but Staten Island, and has extensive knowledge of emerging neighborhoods in Upper Manhattan, The Bronx, and Brooklyn.
